Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meeting with their customers and introducing new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Partners with the team to create an outstanding customer experience via marketing, cross-sell efforts, and various programs.
• Develops strong partnerships with assigned branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds as the internal and external mortgage expert; provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
