Candidates should have mortgage lending experience, strong knowledge of FHA/VA/ FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, and the ability to collaborate with bankers and branches to originate mortgage loans in the local market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with retail branches to promote mortgage originations in footprint territories.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
