Job summary

FNBO seeks a Sr Analyst, System Support to serve as the system expert for the Hogan Core Banking Platform Loan Servicing System. You will handle escalated production issues, coordinate with IT and vendors, perform controlled releases, and guide end-user satisfaction.

You will lead mid-to-large projects and help set strategic direction for enhancements and investments. You will collaborate with business and operations teams on system enhancements, develop and maintain reports, and mentor

Qualifications

• 5+ years of banking experience (Operations, Lending, Systems)
• Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
• Problem solving ability with strong analytical skills
• General knowledge of Lending
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Ability to multi-task while adhering to multiple timetables of completion

Responsibilities

• System Support: Performance, reliability, and maintenance of the Hogan Loan Servicing System.
• Escalation support and issue resolution across multiple systems and data.
• Gather requirements with stakeholders and prioritize the development roadmap.
• Coordinate with IT and vendors for upgrades and implementations.
• Develop and process daily/weekly/monthly reports and provide data analytics.
