FNBO is seeking an Sr Analyst, System Support to act as a system expert for the Hogan Core Banking Platform Loan Servicing System. You will coordinate with IT and vendors, implement controlled releases, and lead mid to large projects.

The role includes requirements gathering, reporting, and end-user training to enhance efficiencies. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in banking operations or lending, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience in system change management and data

Qualifications

• 5+ years of banking experience (Operations, Lending, Systems)
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects

Responsibilities

• Be the system expert for Hogan Core Banking Platform Loan Servicing System and coordinate with IT/vendors
• Lead mid to large projects with minimal guidance
• Develop and maintain system documentation and reports
• Coordinate end-user testing and training as needed
