Job summary

FNBO is seeking an Sr Analyst, System Support to serve as the system expert for the Hogan Core Banking Platform Loan Servicing System. You will coordinate with IT and vendors, implement controlled releases, and lead mid-to-large projects while guiding strategic enhancements.

Responsibilities include system performance, data analytics, reporting, and end-user training. Strong banking operations knowledge and communication skills are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of banking experience (Operations, Lending, Systems)
• Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
• Problem solving ability with strong analytical skills
• General knowledge of Lending
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Ability to multi-task while adhering to multiple timetables of completion

Responsibilities

• System Support: maintain performance, reliability, and maintenance of Hogan Loan Servicing System.
• Escalation support and issue resolution across multiple systems and data.
• Coordinate with IT and vendors for support, upgrades, and implementations.
• Lead requirements gathering and analysis with stakeholders for system enhancements.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials.
• Produce daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports and metrics.
