5+ years of banking experience (Operations, Lending, Systems)
Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
Problem solving ability with strong analytical skills
General knowledge of Lending
General knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Ability to multi-task while adhering to multiple timetables of completion

Responsibilities

System Support: Maintain performance, reliability, and maintenance of the Hogan Loan Servicing System.
Lead requirements gathering and analysis with stakeholders.
Coordinate end-user testing and document findings.
Develop reports and data analytics to support Operations and partners.
Support upgrades with IT and vendors and manage release processes.
Coach teammates and manage project communications and timelines.
