Job summary

FNBO in the United States is seeking an Sr Analyst, System Support to be the system expert for the Hogan Core Banking Platform Loan Servicing System, handling escalated production issues and coordinating with IT and vendors. You will make technical configuration changes, manage controlled releases and ensure end-user satisfaction.

You will lead mid to large projects, assist in setting strategic direction for enhancements, and help prioritize investments to improve the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of banking experience in operations, lending, or systems.
• Written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
• Problem solving ability with strong analytical skills.
• General knowledge of lending.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to multi-task while meeting multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• System Support: ensure performance, reliability, and maintenance of Hogan Loan Servicing System.
• Escalation support and issue resolution across multiple systems and data.
• Collaborate with business and operations on system enhancements.
• Manage and input into the application roadmap and prioritize development.
• Coordinate with IT or vendors for support, upgrades, and implementations.
• Lead requirements gathering and analysis with stakeholders; develop training opportunities.
• Coordinate, track, and respond to data needs and requests; develop and maintain reports.
