Job summary

First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO) seeks an Sr Analyst, System Support to own the Hogan Core Banking Platform Loan Servicing System. You will address escalated production issues, coordinate with IT and vendors, and manage controlled releases to ensure end-user satisfaction.

You will lead mid-to-large projects, shape the strategic direction for enhancements, and collaborate across business units to align system capabilities with operational goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of banking/loan operations experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including technical writing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to analyze stakeholder needs and design system solutions.
• Experience designing and testing system configurations and releases.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Hogan Loan Servicing System performance and reliability.
• Lead requirements gathering and coordinate end-to-end analysis.
