Job summary

FNBO is seeking a Senior Analyst, System Support to act as the Hogan Core Banking Platform Loan Servicing System expert, handling escalated production issues and coordinating with IT and vendors for upgrades and releases.

You will lead mid to large projects, drive strategic enhancements, and help set direction for improvements in loan servicing processes. Collaboration with business units is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of banking experience (Operations, Lending, Systems).
• Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills.
• Problem solving ability with strong analytical skills.
• General knowledge of Lending.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Lead system support and maintenance of Hogan Loan Servicing System and coordinate with IT/vendors.
• Perform requirements gathering, analysis, and develop system enhancements.
• Develop, test, and release changes with end-user testing and documentation.
• Produce and maintain reports and data analytics for operations and partners.
• Coach and mentor teammates to build capabilities within the team.
