FNBO is seeking an Sr Analyst, System Support to own the Hogan Loan Servicing System. You will lead performance, reliability, and changes, coordinating with IT and vendors and guiding mid-to-large projects to improve the platform and end-user satisfaction.

You will gather requirements, design tests, develop reports, and mentor team members while aligning with our strategic roadmap for enhancements and investments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in banking operations, lending, or systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple timetables.

Responsibilities
