Job summary

FNBO is seeking a Sr Analyst, System Support to serve as the system expert for the Hogan Core Banking Platform Loan Servicing System. You will manage escalated production issues, perform controlled releases, and lead mid-to-large projects while aligning with IT and vendors to improve the system.

You will drive enhancements, develop new reporting, and support end users through documentation and training to improve satisfaction and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years banking experience in operations, lending, or systems.
• Written and verbal communication including technical writing skills.
• Problem solving ability with strong analytical skills.
• General knowledge of lending.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to multi-task while adhering to multiple timetables of completion.

Responsibilities

• System Support: responsible for performance, reliability, and maintenance of the Hogan Loan Servicing System.
• Advanced knowledge for assigned applications through training and experience.
• Escalation support and issue resolution across multiple systems and data.
• Collaborate with business and operations on system enhancements.
• Input into the application roadmap and prioritize development.
• Coordinate with IT and vendors for support, upgrades, and implementations.
