Job summary

FNBO in Decatur, IL is seeking an Sr Analyst, System Support to be the system expert for the Hogan Core Banking Platform Loan Servicing System, handling escalated production issues and coordinating with IT and vendors. You will lead mid to large projects, implement changes, and help set strategic direction for enhancements.

You will also drive end-user training, develop reports, and ensure optimal performance of the loan servicing platform, working with business units to meet needs and timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of banking experience (Operations, Lending, Systems).
• Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills.
• Problem solving ability with strong analytical skills.
• General knowledge of Lending and Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• System performance, reliability, and maintenance of the Hogan Loan Servicing System.
• Lead requirements gathering and analysis with stakeholders.
• Coordinate escalation support and issue resolution across systems and vendors.
• Develop reports and analytics to support operations and partners.
• Assist in training end users and documenting system processes.
