Qualifications

• CAI or CACM designation preferred.
• Must obtain passing score on Keystone Senior CAM test.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and maintain a clean DMV record.
• 4+ years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet with Associations 1-2 times per week onsite.
• Manage operations for a portfolio of community associations.
• Lead Board meetings monthly, biweekly, quarterly, and annually.
• Provide leadership and consulting to clients on best practices.
• Collaborate with boards, vendors, contractors, and homeowners.
• Update association communications and website.
• Prepare association newsletter or communications as required.
