Valid driver's license and willingness to visit communities.

Responsibilities

Partnering with Boards of Directors to help communities thrive.
Serving as the primary point of contact for homeowners, vendors, and board members.
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of your portfolio.
Reviewing financial reports and providing meaningful management insight.
Preparing and attending board meetings (hybrid format).
Coordinating projects, vendors, and maintenance activities.
Managing architectural review processes and compliance matters.
Keeping boards informed and helping them make sound decisions.
Building strong relationships through exceptional customer service.
