Job summary

Keystone Pacific Property Management, LLC is seeking experienced Community Association Managers to join our team in Carlsbad. You will manage portfolios of community associations, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

You will work with homeowners, board members, committee members, and vendors, leading board meetings and guiding communities in best practices of HOA management. A strong background in HOA operations and collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of experience in an HOA management role.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service.
• CAI or CACM Certification a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Manages all operations for a portfolio of community associations.
• Provides leadership and consulting with clients on best practices for management and oversight.
• Manages and runs monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, and annual Board Meetings.
• Collaborates with Board of Directors, vendors, contractors, and homeowners.
• Meets with Associations 1-2 times a week.
• Manages and assists in special projects.
• Creates budgets and manages financials.
• Complies with company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for client satisfaction and account retention.
• Adheres to Keystone’s Core Values, Mission, and Vision.
