• Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a clean MVR.
• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to drive to and from communities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the association Developer Client, Board of Directors, and internal departments to adhere to the introduction and integration of new programs, services, and initiatives.
• Establishes and maintains a positive relationship with homeowners, Board of Directors, and internal departments to ensure a high level of customer service and achievement of company and property goals and objectives.
• Maintains knowledge and understanding of the contract between the association, vendors, and Keystone. Ensures contractual obligations are met and monitors vendor contracts.
• Provides information and resources for outstanding customer experience.
• Conducts on-site inspections and provides recommendations and action plans.
• Oversees assigned projects and ensures property maintenance/improvement is completed timely.
• Prepares governing documents for Developer Client and schedule turnover walks.
• Coordinates turnover walks/inspections and oversees turnovers to completion.
• Prepares RFPs and bid analyses; prepares organizational resolutions.
• Updates association communications and prepares newsletters and board packets.
