Job summary

Keystone Pacific Property Management, LLC is seeking an experienced Community Association Manager to oversee a portfolio of HOA communities. You will deliver exceptional service to homeowners, board members, and vendors while guiding governance and financial oversight.

Qualifications

• Understanding of HOA management practices and governance.
• Strong client service orientation and responsive communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations for a portfolio of community associations.
• Lead client consultations on HOA management best practices.
• Plan and run Board Meetings monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Collaborate with Boards, vendors, contractors, and homeowners.
• Meet with associations 1–2 times weekly.
• Prepare budgets and manage financials.
• Ensure client satisfaction and account retention.
• Uphold Keystone’s core values and policies.
