Keystone Pacific Property Management, an Irvine-based leader in HOA and community management, seeks a Director of Community Management. You will oversee a portfolio of communities and a team of Community Association Managers, driving client satisfaction and account retention.

You will manage budgets, lead hiring and training, and work with boards to implement programs while fostering leadership and growth within the company.

Formación

• Must have valid Driver’s License and a clean MVR.
• Ability to lead others through mentorship and training.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Community Manager; supervisory experience preferred.
• CMCA certification is required; PCAM in pursuit.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the Board of Directors and internal departments to implement new programs and initiatives; ensure quality service and timely responses.
• Oversee and manage budget and P&L for the assigned team.
• Ensure client satisfaction and account retention across communities.
• Participate in hiring, management, and training; follow HR policies.
• Attend one board meeting per year for each account; supervise team performance.
• Maintain knowledge of contracts with associations and vendors; ensure obligations are met.
