Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business desired.
• CMCA certification preferred; PCAM pursuit encouraged.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Community Manager.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of communities and a team of Community Association Managers.
• Manage budgets and P&L for the assigned team.
• Ensure client satisfaction and account retention and drive growth initiatives.
• Lead hiring, training, and team development.
• Coordinate with Boards of Directors and internal departments to implement programs and services.
