Keystone Pacific Property Management, LLC is seeking an experienced Community Association Manager for the New Development Team at our Irvine, CA headquarters. You will oversee new communities, manage budgets, and collaborate with Developers, homeowners, and Board Members to ensure high-quality service and turnover success.

The role requires CMCA designation, 2–4 years CAM experience, and the ability to attend night meetings.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a valid Driver’s License and maintain a clean MVR.
• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to drive to and from communities.
• Demonstrate effective oral and written communication and listening skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Demonstrated problem solving abilities.
• Comprehensive industry knowledge.
• Must be able to attend and participate in night meetings.

• Able to pass a background check.

Aufgaben

• Manage portfolio of community associations and oversee New Development projects.
• Lead monthly and special Board meetings and prepare communications with homeowners and Directors.
• Coordinate turnover walks/inspections with Developers/Homeowners Liaison and ensure timely completions.
• Develop and monitor budgets and financials; review vendor contracts and ensure compliance with agreements.
• Maintain records and respond promptly to questions and issues from Boards and residents.
