Job summary

Nordic is seeking an Epic HIM Senior Analyst to design, build, test and troubleshoot EHR applications for complex clients. You will manage requests, analyze requirements, and perform system builds and testing under supervision, contributing to patient safety and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem solving, and collaboration with customer IT teams. Occasional on-call duties and up to 10% travel are required as part of Managed Services partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field; 8+ years’ industry experience.
• 1–5+ years direct experience implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules.
• Must demonstrate Nordic’s maxims.
• Ability to apply problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and collaboration with customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and problem solving within EHR applications to ensure integrity and stability.
• Fulfill system requests by analyzing issues, translating needs into specifications, and performing builds/testing.
• Analyze workflows, system setup, and audits; participate in upgrades and testing.
• Manage projects and issues; provide oversight with Application Advisors as needed.
• Communicate with customers; maintain SLAs and ticket documentation.
• Follow change control policies for migrating application builds and configurations.
• On-call rotations and travel up to 10%.
