Job summary

Nordic Global is seeking an Epic HIM Senior Analyst to provide EHR design and troubleshooting services for complex clients. This role involves managing multiple assignments, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting a collaborative team environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a background in EHR implementations. Additional responsibilities include onboarding new team members and ensuring compliance with client needs and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 8+ years of industry experience.
• 1-5+ years of experience implementing or supporting EHR modules required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving for EHR applications.
• Manage multiple customer assignments with minimal oversight.
• Assist in onboarding new team members and maintain clear documentation.
