Job summary

Nordic is seeking a Dorothy Comfort Senior Analyst to design, build, test, and troubleshoot EHR applications for complex clients in the United States. You will perform day-to-day tasks with guidance from Application Advisors, handling system builds, testing, and change control.

Responsibilities include analysis of workflows, system setup, audits, and ticketing, while ensuring patient safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality customer service. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant field knowledge.
• Experience implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management.

Responsibilities
