Job summary

Nordic is seeking a Senior Analyst to design, build, test and troubleshoot Epic Clin Doc EHR modules for complex clients. The role involves day-to-day client work with oversight from Application Advisors and Senior Application Advisors.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, requirements analysis, system builds, testing, and coordinating with ticketing systems and change control; travel up to 10% may be required, and on-call rotations are possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years of industry experience.
• Epic Clin Doc or Inpatient Certification.
• 1-5+ years direct experience implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules.
• Ability to apply problem solving skills and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting to ensure accuracy, integration, and stability of EHR apps.
• Process system requests by analyzing needs, detailing requirements, and testing builds.
• Analyze workflows and participate in system upgrades and testing.
• Assist with managed services projects under supervision, contributing to decisions on escalation.
