Job summary

Nordic is seeking a Care Everywhere Senior Analyst to design, build, test and troubleshoot EHR solutions for our complex clients in the United States. You will perform advanced troubleshooting, system analysis, and participate in change control while coordinating with Application Advisors.

You will manage multiple client assignments with minimal oversight, maintain documentation, and uphold SLAs. The role requires strong communication, ITIL knowledge, and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years of industry experience.
• Epic Certification in Care Everywhere with strong functionality understanding; 3-5+ years implementing or supporting EHR modules.
• Ability to apply problem solving, excellent communication, proficiency in MS Office, and ITIL knowledge.
• Experience with ticketing systems and change management; strong customer service track record.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and ensure stability of EHR applications for complex customers.
• Manage multiple client assignments with oversight; maintain SLAs and proper documentation.
