Nordic is seeking a Senior Analyst for Epic Orders to design, build, test and troubleshoot EHR applications for complex clients. You will handle advanced troubleshooting, issue analysis, and system builds with oversight from Application Advisors.

You will manage multiple client assignments, document incidents in ticketing systems, participate in change control, and collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years in the industry.
• Active Epic Orders or Inpatient Certification.
• 1–5+ years direct experience implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules.

Responsabilités

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and issue analysis for EHR orders.
• Execute system builds, testing, and upgrades with quality controls.
• Manage multiple client assignments with SLA awareness and escalation.
