Nordic is seeking an Epic Orders Senior Analyst to design, build, test, and troubleshoot EHR applications for our complex clients. You will work with Application Advisors to manage builds, changes, and issue resolution with a focus on patient safety, regulatory compliance, and data integrity.

The role requires 8+ years of related experience and Epic Orders certification, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Expect on-call rotations and up to 10% travel as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (relevant education) and/or 8+ years’ industry experience.
• Active Epic Procedure Orders or Inpatient Certification
• 1-5+ years of direct experience implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules
• Ability to apply problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize
• Must be able to work independently, as well as within a team environment
• Prior experience with ticketing systems and change management processes
• Strong customer service track record
• Knowledge of ITIL processes, previous management and project experience, preferred

Responsabilidades

• Performing advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving within the EHR application to ensure integrity, integration, and stability for Nordic’s complex customers.
• Translating customer needs into detailed requirement specifications and performing system build and testing.
• Analyzing workflows, system setup, and audits, including participating in upgrades and testing.
• Managing multiple customer assignments with minimal oversight and maintaining awareness of customer build and processes.
• Documenting requests and incidents in ticketing systems while meeting SLAs.
• Following change control policies for migrating application builds and configurations.
• On ad hoc projects and internal initiatives as directed.
• On-call rotations outside core hours and up to 10% travel.
