Qualifications

• Education/Experience: 1 year education/experience after high school.
• License/Certification: CDL-A with no air brake restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Operates and troubleshoots complex highway maintenance/construction equipment and vehicle components.
• Maintains assigned equipment and performs emergency repairs.
• Supervises small crews and entry-level workers to ensure safe maintenance methods.
• Must respond to winter maintenance and traffic emergencies on a 24-hour basis.
• Lifts up to 50 lbs and supports team during various highway projects.
