DCS Asset Maintenance, LLC is seeking an experienced estimator to support growth in performance-based maintenance for roadways and bridges. You will prepare detailed estimates for bids by gathering information, analyzing data, and presenting options to leadership for decision-making.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of estimator experience, strong numeric skills, and the ability to manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of proven estimator experience, preferably in highway or asset maintenance.
• Strong financial and project management knowledge.
• Proficient data analysis and estimation formulas.
• Advanced math and IT abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Integrity with confidential information.
• Ability to work non-standard hours.

Aufgaben

• Understand performance-based maintenance contracting.
• Determine key variables for cost estimates.
• Gather information from sites, suppliers, subcontractors.
• Conduct labor/materials data research.
• Use software for data analysis, forecasting and budgeting.
• Create and submit estimate reports to leadership.
• Present bids to Company Leadership at gate reviews.
• Build relationships with vendors and engineers.
