DCS Asset Maintenance, LLC is seeking an experienced estimator to support growth in performance-based maintenance contracting for roadways and bridges. You will prepare detailed estimates, gather data from sites and suppliers, and present options to leadership for bids and decisions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in estimation, advanced math and data analysis skills, and strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI. Excellent communication and ability to work with subcontractors is essential.

• At least 5 years of proven experience as estimator or similar position.
• Advanced math and data analysis skills are required.
• Strong financial and project management knowledge.

• Understand the performance-based maintenance contracting business model.
• Determine key variables for cost and other estimates.
• Gather information from sites, suppliers, subcontractors, and operators.
• Perform data analysis, forecasting and budgeting using software.
• Prepare and submit estimate reports or bids to leadership.
• Develop relationships with vendors and engineers.
• Present bids to Company Leadership at gate reviews.
