Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Transportation, or Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license required.
• 10 years of related experience; willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead highway design projects and coordinate technical advancement.
• Provide day-to-day oversight of transportation planning and design.
• Supervise, review, and mentor junior engineers.
• Develop project design criteria, alignments, plans, specs, and estimates.
• Collaborate with Project Leaders and Managers to deliver complex projects.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local regulations and sign/seal designs as required.
• Perform site reviews and support proposals in response to RFPs.
