• Ability to manage multiple requisitions across the U.S.
• Experience recruiting non-sales positions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple non-sales positions across the U.S.
• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and feedback with hiring managers.
• Develop pipelines and proactive talent pools.
• Adapt sourcing strategies to shifting priorities.
• Maintain compliant, timely candidate records.
