Job summary

Intersect, a U.S.-based energy and data center infrastructure developer, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead HV substation and transmission projects up to 500kV across TX, OK, NM. You will manage design through commissioning, coordinate internal teams and utilities, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years on HV substation and transmission projects up to 500kV.
• Experience with utilities interconnection, regulatory and technical matters.
• Knowledge of EPC contracting models and HV equipment.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with project management tools and collaboration suites.

Responsibilities

• Lead High-Voltage Project Execution across multiple states.
• Manage full lifecycle from engineering to commissioning and closeout.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules with timelines.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Interface with utilities and coordinate internal teams, utilities, and EPCs.
• Administer construction contracts, including change orders and RFIs.
• Oversee budgets, cash flow and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with interconnection agreements and contracts.
• Champion quality, compliance and reporting with stakeholders.
