Intersect Power is seeking a Head of High Voltage to lead the strategy, governance, and operations of a growing HV fleet. You will oversee substations, transmission lines, relay protection, and interconnection facilities, ensuring safe, reliable execution of HV maintenance and recovery across assets from 34.5kV to 500kV.

• Extensive HV engineering and operations experience (34.5kV–500kV).
• Proven track record leading field-based HV maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of relay protection coordination and testing.
• Experience with NERC-related maintenance and compliance activities.
• Ability to influence cross-functional leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a fleet-wide team of HV technicians and specialists.
• Direct execution of complex HV maintenance activities and outages.
• Drive reliability governance and maintenance standards with Engineering and Reliability teams.
• Oversee arc flash programs and electrical safety training.
• Support regulatory compliance and readiness across portfolio.
