Qualifications

• 10+ years in utility-scale high-voltage project development or PM.
• BS in Engineering; electrical/mechanical preferred.
• PE license preferred.
• Familiar with ERCOT and other ISOs; TSP/DSP knowledge.
• Strong organizational skills and deadlines.
• Willing to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and advance high-voltage infrastructure projects.
• Develop pipeline of T&D projects serving industrial customers.
• Create conceptual service plans and load flow assessments.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders and manage permits.
• Coordinate interconnection processes with ERCOT or ISOs.
• Handoff developed projects to construction and support financing.
