Rosendin Electric, Inc is seeking a Senior High Voltage Estimator to lead estimation for complex renewables projects, including substations and transmission networks. You will coordinate with civil, structural, and electrical teams, mitigate risks, and guide junior estimators while ensuring competitive, accurate bids.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7–10 years of estimating experience, preferably in renewables. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 7–10 years in construction estimating, preferably renewables.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
• Experience in Accubid Enterprise is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates from quantity take-off, RFP issuance, bid leveling, and estimate assembly.
• Identify key elements for competitive estimates and assess project risks.
• Collaborate with civil, structural, and electrical teams during design and estimation.
• Provide leadership to personnel preparing discipline sub estimates and mentor junior estimators.
• Maintain all working documents and data to back up estimate figures.
