Rising Edge Group is seeking a Lead Estimator to oversee technical reviews, guide the regional estimating team, and identify value engineering opportunities for electrical transmission, generation, distribution, substation, and energy storage projects.

The role requires 5+ years in Electrical High Voltage, Utility, or Renewables and a strong ability to prepare complete cost estimates from blueprints to schedules. Travel may be required across the North American markets.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management or similar field considered an asset.
• Experience reading blueprints, specifications, proposals to prepare time/cost/labor estimates for projects and services.
• 5+ years of experience in the Electrical High Voltage, Utility or Renewables Industry.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee, lead and support regional estimators with technical support, reviews and mentorship.
• Lead the Pre-Construction team in preparing deliverables including proposals, schedules and cash flow analysis.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure estimates align with execution plans.
