Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a community association, reporting to the Board, and ensure the mission and vision are executed across operations. The role oversees all business functions, staff, compliance, and day-to-day activities within the community.

You will drive strategic plans, manage budgets, supervise staff, and maintain strong governance in partnership with the Board to meet homeowner needs and ensure high service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• At least 3 years in Property Operations, Hospitality or Construction.
• Desirable CPM/PCAM/ARM/AMS designations or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction in short-term and long-range plans; develop goals and action plans.
• Review organization structure, job descriptions, and functions; advise Board on changes.
• Partner with public, private and volunteer organizations to provide community services.
