Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a High-Rise General Manager to lead community operations and align with the Board’s mission. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure compliance across facilities while maintaining strong homeowner relations.

The role requires significant leadership experience in community management, with a focus on budgeting, governance, and service delivery, in a high-rise setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and three years in Property Operations, Hospitality or Construction; state certifications preferred.
• Seven years of community management experience with leadership of staff across multiple functions.
• Experience in budgeting, governance, and compliance with condominium or HOA law.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to achieve Board objectives and annual goals.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, budget development, and financial reporting for the community.
• Recruit, train, and supervise all staff; coordinate with boards and committees.
• Collaborate with external partners and emergency services; ensure compliance and policies.
