Qualifications

• Familiar with HOA rules, governing documents, and financial statements.
• Experience coordinating staff, budgets and board meetings.
• Ability to work with volunteers and manage vendors and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Understand governing documents and ensure compliance.
• Hire, train and supervise building staff; manage budgets.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports to the Board.
• Attend Board and committee meetings and prepare minutes.
• Oversee vendor contracts and ensure service quality.
