This role involves administering both Windows and Microsoft 365 environments, ensuring high-quality end-user support, and participating in an on-call schedule for critical issues. Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse clients. Qualifications
2–4 years of helpdesk or MSP support experience, with Tier 2/3 escalation ownership.
Strong proficiency with Windows Server and Windows 10/11 administration.
Experience with Microsoft 365 admin center and core M365 services.
Responsibilities
Serve as the escalation point for Tier 1/2/3 helpdesk tickets across the client portfolio.
Administer and support Windows and Microsoft 365 environments across multiple client tenants.
Travel to client sites to perform on-site support and end-user device troubleshooting.
