Job summary

Talon Logistics is looking for a dependable IT Help Desk Technician to provide first-level technical support across our logistics, warehouse, and office operations in New Albany, Indiana. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of experience in technical support and be knowledgeable in Windows environments and Microsoft 365. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and retirement plans.

Qualifications

3+ years of IT help desk, desktop support, or technical support experience.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, mobile device, and printer issues.
Configure, deploy, and maintain workstations and user accounts.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents.
Support employee onboarding through device setup and system access configuration.
Maintain accurate documentation of support tickets and system changes.
