Job summary

Celestica is seeking a senior sales leader to drive growth in the Advanced Technology Solutions (ATS) and HealthTech unit. This remote position targets North America with preference for West Coast or Midwest proximity to airports.

You will manage major accounts, develop insight-based relationships, and translate customer priorities into differentiated value propositions while leading end-to-end sales processes and meeting revenue quotas.

Qualifications

• Proven success developing new clients and expanding into markets.
• Experience selling complex services across a global network.
• Strategic planning and execution capabilities.
• Financial acumen including P&L understanding.
• Value-based consultative selling and negotiation skills.
• Experience selling to senior executives with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel 30-50%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary commercial interface for assigned regional and strategic accounts across North America.
• Develop strong customer relationships and identify mobilizers and influencers.
• Identify, pursue, and close new opportunities within accounts.
• Build and execute account strategies and value propositions.
• Develop knowledge of customer businesses and industry trends.
• Gather competitive intelligence and translate into strategies.
• Lead high-value conversations and articulate business impact.
• Own end-to-end customer relationship processes and RFQ responses.
• Establish value before financial discussions and articulate costs of inaction.
• Achieve quota targets.
