Job summary
Celestica is seeking a senior business development leader to drive growth within the Advanced Technology Solutions (ATS) Sales organization. This remote role focuses on technical customer engagements, partnering with Global Sales and Engineering teams to manage the technology and engineering evaluation stage of the sales process through award.

Qualifications
- Bachelors' degree in engineering with 15+ years of sales experience in technical field.
- Willingness to travel up to 25-50% (domestic and international).
- Experience managing complex projects in a matrix organization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to close multi-million-dollar sales and hit targets.
- Self-motivated with excellent follow-through.
Responsibilities
- Support Engineering Services business development across ATS segments.
- Act as liaison between Celestica Engineering and customers to convey value.
- Develop and execute engineering account and opportunity strategies.
- Provide technical insights and guidance for projects.
- Support product commercialization with DFx and test strategies.
- Deliver winning proposals and RFQ responses.
