Infor Inc. is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant in Healthcare to bring deep industry knowledge, lead demonstrations, and drive license revenue while ensuring customer success. This remote US role collaborates with sales, product marketing, services, and partners to deliver compelling presentations.

You will uncover objectives during discovery, tailor demos, and engage cross-functional teams to win opportunities. Travel up to 40-50% as needed to support customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare including hospitals or health systems.
• Public accounting experience (audit/advisory/financial reporting).
• Experience supporting the sales process across RFPs, discovery sessions, executive overviews, and demos.
• Experience with large hospital systems focusing on financials/accounting.
• Experience with AI/automation and related technologies, with ability to articulate their business value.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales process with discovery, RFPs, executive overviews, scripted and non-scripted demos, and follow-up discussions.
• Pro-actively use AI tools to drive adoption during the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with account executives to define scope and account strategy.
• Lead solution demonstrations to executives, business users, and stakeholders to influence license deals.
• Contribute to knowledge and content for the Solution Consulting team.
• Participate in events, value engineering engagements, and maintain demo content repositories.
