Job summary

Infor Inc. is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant focused on Manufacturing to support the sales process for our cloud-based, industry-specific software solutions. You will lead solution presentations, demos, and discovery sessions with executives and business users.

As a senior member of the team, you will collaborate across departments, coordinate with partners, and help build compelling demonstrations and content to drive customer success and license revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting the sales process across RFPs, discovery, executive overviews, and demonstrations.
• Experience leading solution demonstrations to executives, business users, and stakeholders.
• Experience working with account executives on defining solution scope and preparing for prospect interactions.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales process and interact with prospective customers through a variety of sales cycle activities, including RFPs, discovery sessions, executive overviews, demos, and post-demonstration surveys.
• Work with account executives on opportunities, including defining solution scope and account strategy.
• Lead solution demonstrations to prospects and customers at various audience levels to reinforce solution value and influence license deals.
• Contribute to knowledge and content for the Solution Consulting team and participate in shared activities like events and collateral maintenance.
