Centene Corporation is seeking a seasoned project leader to drive large-scale platform implementations in healthcare payer tech. You will work with cross-functional teams and senior executives to define requirements, manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across UM/CM, clinical workflows and core platforms.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and collaboration with C-suite stakeholders. Ideal candidates have extensive PM experience, strong leadership, and experience delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of project management experience with departmental specific projects.
• Lead in a functional area, managing cross functional teams on large scale projects or supervisory experience.
• Proficient with MS-Office applications and healthcare/ managed care experience preferred.
• Understanding of Agile methodology is preferred and payer core platforms/clinical workflows experience highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize, monitor end-to-end platform implementations.
• Review sources to assess requirements and create project plans and schedules.
• Manage resources, budget, and project execution, deployment and closure.
• Establish and maintain corporate project management methodology and procedures.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and external agencies.
• Negotiate with stakeholders to identify resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings to meet objectives and maintain quality standards.
