Centene Corporation is seeking an experienced leader to plan, organize, and oversee end-to-end platform implementations that optimize utilization management, prior authorization, and clinical workflows. You will collaborate across the enterprise to deliver requirements and meet strategic objectives.

The role requires a proven track record managing large-scale healthcare payer technology implementations and the ability to move between executive conversations and detailed execution.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years of project management experience on departmental projects.
• Experience leading functional cross-functional teams on large projects; supervisory experience including hiring and training.

Aufgaben

• Manage full project life cycle: requirements review, plans, schedules, resources, budget, deployment and closure.
• Use corporate project management tools and established methodologies; maintain procedures.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and external agencies.
• Negotiate resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings to meet objectives and expectations.
• Provide functional and technical knowledge across multiple business/technical areas.
• Create deliverables to ensure quality: design docs, test plans, training materials, and operations documentation.
