Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience with departmental projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Healthcare or managed care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, monitor, and oversee complex projects with cross-functional teams.
• Manage the full project life cycle: requirements, plans, schedules, resources, budget, deployment.
• Maintain detailed project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, issues lists, and risk plans.
• Provide leadership and communicate project status to stakeholders and external agencies.
• Negotiate resources and resolve issues with project stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings to meet objectives and company goals.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards across design docs, test plans, and operations docs.
