Job summary

You will work with cross-functional teams and engage with executive stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans. The role requires 8+ years in project management, a Bachelor's degree, strong MS-Office skills, and preference for Agile and healthcare payer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of project management experience with departmental specific projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on large-scale projects or supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work and managing the performance of staff.
• Proficient with MS-Office applications. Healthcare and managed care experience preferred.
• Understanding of Agile methodology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, monitor, oversee end-to-end execution, and delivery of platform implementations.
• Manage the full project life cycle, including review of sources to assess requirements, creation of project plans and schedules, obtaining and managing resources, managing budget, and facilitating project execution, deployment and closure.
• Communicate project status to all stakeholders and external agencies.
• Negotiate with project stakeholders to identify resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings with various functional areas to meet overall stakeholder expectations and company’s objectives.
